Sessions memberships include live video sessions with your provider. Monthly and Twice Monthly bill calendar-monthly; Weekly is genuinely weekly and bills $556 every 4 weeks (4 sessions per billing period). Every membership includes 2 free Moment uploads each successful billing period. Unused membership Moments roll over up to a maximum balance of 4 while your membership is active.

After you choose a plan and complete intake, you’ll get access to our scheduling tool. You pick a time that works; we’ll confirm and send a secure link. Reschedule or cancel anytime with notice.

You can cancel future renewal at any time. Your membership stays active through the period you already paid for—no automatic prorated cash refund. Separately purchased Single Moments remain usable after membership ends. If a scheduled session cannot happen, your provider can reschedule or grant a Replacement Moment (not a cash refund).

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow strict confidentiality and do not share your content with anyone outside your care team. Our practices align with HIPAA-minded security where applicable.

Certified therapists and coaches with training in relationship dynamics—they provide valuable relationship insight. You’ll have a dedicated provider so your story and context stay continuous across sessions.
