A session is either one async review (Observe: we review your upload and send a written or recorded response) or one 30-minute live video call (Interrupt or Rewire). You only pay for sessions you use.

After you choose a plan and complete intake, you’ll get access to our scheduling tool. You pick a time that works; we’ll confirm and send a secure link. Reschedule or cancel anytime with notice.

You can cancel your plan at any time — no long-term contract. If you need to cancel a single scheduled session, do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit. We’ll work with you on edge cases.

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow strict confidentiality and do not share your content with anyone outside your care team. Our practices align with HIPAA-minded security where applicable.

Certified therapists and coaches with training in relationship dynamics—they provide valuable relationship insight. You’ll have a dedicated provider so your story and context stay continuous across sessions.
