Sessions memberships include live video sessions with your provider. Monthly bills $179 every month, Every Other Week bills $159 every 2 weeks, and Weekly bills $139 every week — each billing period includes 1 session. Every membership includes 2 free Moment uploads each successful billing period. Unused membership Moments roll over up to a maximum balance of 4 while your membership is active.

After you choose a plan and complete intake, you’ll get access to our scheduling tool. You pick a time that works; we’ll confirm and send a secure link. Reschedule or cancel anytime with notice.

You can cancel a Sessions membership at any time from billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Unused Single Moment credits may be refundable — contact support before the credit is used. Completed reviews and completed sessions are not automatically refunded.

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow strict confidentiality and do not share your content with anyone outside your care team. Our practices align with HIPAA-minded security where applicable.

An approved coach assigned to your Moment. Witness does not independently certify licenses. You will have the provider assigned to that review.
