During the invite-only beta, the product path is async Moment upload and provider review — not in-platform live video. Post-beta coaching packages may include scheduled sessions through a provider’s existing tools. Upload credits let you submit real moments for async review.

### How does scheduling work?

In-platform live session scheduling is deferred during beta. Access is invite-only and granted manually after approval. Timing for Moment review varies and is shared during onboarding.

### What’s your refund and cancellation policy?

Self-service purchase is paused during beta. Approved participants receive manually granted access. If you need to end participation, contact support and we will process withdrawal and account or data deletion requests.

### How is my privacy protected?

Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow strict confidentiality and do not share your content with anyone outside your care team. We are privacy-conscious and do not claim universal HIPAA compliance certification.

### Who reviews my uploads?

Approved beta providers with relationship/coaching training review Moments. Guidance stays hidden until the provider explicitly releases it to you.

### What outcomes can I expect?

Witness is designed for clarity and pattern awareness from real Moments — not emergency monitoring or autonomous diagnosis. Timing varies during beta, and AI support is assistive for providers only.
